Haley graduated with her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Utah State University in 2026. She has specialized training in Gottman Method Level 1 and integrates evidence-based approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into her practice. She tailors treatment to each client's unique needs, helping them develop practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and create lasting, meaningful change.

Haley previously served as a Juvenile Probation Officer in Tooele County, where she gained extensive experience supporting youth and families navigating behavioral, emotional, and systemic challenges. This role strengthened her understanding of how relationships, environment, and life experiences influence mental health and reinforced her commitment to providing compassionate, respectful, and accountable care.

Haley's primary passion is working with children and adolescents. She enjoys helping young people develop emotional regulation, build healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, and increase confidence as they navigate life's challenges. Haley believes that early intervention can have a lasting impact and works closely with families to create supportive environments that foster resilience, growth, and long-term success.

While her primary focus is children and teens, she also enjoys working with adults, couples, and families. Haley has completed Gottman Method Level 1 Training, equipping her with research-based tools to help couples improve communication, strengthen friendship and intimacy, navigate conflict more effectively, and build healthier relationships. Drawing from the Gottman Method, she helps couples develop practical skills that foster trust, connection, and long-term relationship satisfaction.

Haley strives to create a genuine, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves. Her therapeutic style is direct, collaborative, and grounded, often incorporating dry humor to help put clients at ease when appropriate. She believes that meaningful change comes from building an authentic therapeutic relationship while helping clients develop practical skills to navigate life's challenges. Outside of the therapy office, Haley is an avid cat lover and enjoys bringing her authentic personality into the work she does.

Haley sees clients at our Sugar House office and throughout Utah via telehealth.
