Kristy obtained her Bachelor's degree in Social Work from BYU and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Social Work at UVU.

Mia Greer obtained her Bachelor's degree from SUU and a Master's degree in social work from BYU. Mia has experience in working with individuals who have faced trauma, childhood abuse, sexual assault, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), low self-esteem, perfectionism, relationship distress, and faith transitions.

Shara is a clinical social worker and loves connecting with others! Her warm energy invites individuals to feel safe and comfortable in their therapeutic experience of self-discovery.

Haley Huntington (she, her) is a warm, compassionate therapist who believes that healing begins in a safe, nonjudgmental space. She meets clients exactly where they are, walking alongside them as they navigate life's challenges and discover new possibilities for growth.

Brookelyn is a Clinical Social Worker (CSW) dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and self-discovery.

Abigail holds a Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Utah Valley University. She specializes in helping individuals and couples navigate anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, and relationship challenges through a deeply relational approach that emphasizes connection—to self, to others, and to community.

Michaela graduated from BYU-Idaho with a bachelor's in sociology and then completed her master's in social work at BYU.

Lauren is an LCSW who is trained in EMDR and perinatal mental health. She works with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and perinatal mental health challenges.
