Jamie Call is a licensed clinical social worker with experience working with children, teens, and adults. She graduated from BYU’s school of social work in 2024. She has training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Play Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. She also incorporates somatic work, nervous system work, and mindful self-compassion work. Jamie especially values experiential approaches that allow for change to happen not only through insight, but also through emotional and embodied experiences.
Jamie believes therapeutic growth is built on three things: a safe relationship, self-honesty, and self-compassion. She strives to be both compassionate and honest, including being willing to gently name difficult truths when there is space for them to be helpful. Her approach is collaborative and client-centered. She aims to help clients develop greater hope, self-understanding, and self-leadership.
When she isn’t working, she can usually be found on a dance floor, a trail, a body of water, or her couch watching Ted Lasso.
Jamie sees clients in Spanish Fork and throughout Utah via telehealth.
