Aubin Renner is a Certified Social Worker who works especially well with teens and young adults. Aubin shows up with honesty, humor, and a down-to-earth style that helps clients feel comfortable being themselves. Aubin's goal is to create a space where clients can talk about hard things without pressure or formality.
As a former rebellious teen, Aubin has become the kind of therapist she would've actually connected with. She was once the kid who was struggling and didn't want to talk about it. Now she works to be that steady, supportive presence she didn't know she needed back then—minus the questionable choices and dramatic eyeliner.
Aubin uses EMDR and parts work to support clients through trauma, emotional overwhelm, identity struggles, and life transitions. She believes healing happens through connection, curiosity, and sometimes even a little imagination and storytelling. Aubin earned her MSW from the University of Kentucky and her BSW from the University of Utah. Therapy with her is collaborative, flexible, and shaped around each individual.
In her free time, you can find Aubin playing Dungeons and Dragons, tending a chaotic garden, making messy art, or fully embracing her inner nerd with enthusiasm and zero shame.
Aubin sees clients in Lehi, Sugar House and throughout Utah via telehealth.
