Mia Greer obtained her Bachelor's degree from SUU and a Master's degree in social work from BYU. Mia has experience in working with individuals who have faced trauma, childhood abuse, sexual assault, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), low self-esteem, perfectionism, relationship distress, and faith transitions. Her passion lies in working with both adults and teenagers.

With a focus on warmth, empathy, and acceptance, she creates a safe space where you can explore challenges and embark on a journey of healing. Proficient in evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), she tailors therapy to your unique needs, ensuring a personalized and effective experience. Outside of her professional work, Mia enjoys an active and enriching lifestyle. She loves riding horses, hiking, kayaking, thrift shopping, and being around animals. Her passion for travel and adventure is balanced by quality time spent with her husband and their beloved dog.
