Brittani French is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and EMDR trained therapist. Brittani is also trained in AEBT (ACT enhanced behavioral therapy) used for treating body focused repetitive behaviors and also trichotillomania. She graduated from the University of Utah with her Master’s in Social Work.
Life can be beautiful, messy and hard to navigate sometimes. She would love to act as your guide with the difficulties or challenges that may arise during life’s journey. Every persons needs are different and she tailors treatment to help you achieve your goals. She’s taken time to specialize in treating trauma, PTSD, self-harm, addiction, depression, anxiety and suicidal ideation. She continues to build her skills and refine her practice through training, education and supervision to better serve her clients that enter the office.
She works with individuals, and couples, of all ages, and utilize theories such as CBT, ACT, TF-CBT, existentialism and EMDR. With couples she uses Gottman Therapy; a therapy thoroughly researched and designed to cater to the needs of couples.
She also sees clients residing in Idaho via telehealth.
