Rates
Private Pay:
Our clinicians have varying rates per session, with interns starting at $75, pre-licensed clinicians at $125, up to fully licensed clinicians at $150. Please contact our office for details.
Insurance Pay:
Each insurance company sets their own contracted rate per session. We recommend contacting your network to ask for pricing. Please also be aware, our pre-licensed therapists bill under their supervisor's name, not their own. Insurance
We are contracted with most major insurance companies, including: Select Health, EMI, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, Cigna, Aetna, DMBA, PEHP, University of Utah, HMHI, and Utah State Medicaid.
Depending on your benefits, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Each insurance carrier/plan sets their own co-pays and deductibles. Please contact your insurance provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. We'd recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is the amount and how close am I to meeting that?
- What is my payment responsibility for CPT codes 90791 (first session only) and 90837 (follow up session)?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please be sure to cancel with our office or your therapist at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a $75 late cancellation fee.
