Tiffany is an MSW student dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, curiosity, and respect. She believes therapy is a collaborative process where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. Recognizing that every client is unique, Tiffany tailors her approach to honor each person's strengths, values, experiences, and goals. Her training has prepared her to support adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship concerns, and family conflict. Tiffany integrates evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while incorporating principles from the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) in her work with couples to strengthen communication and emotional connection.

Tiffany is committed to culturally responsive and affirming care. As a conversational Spanish speaker, she values working with Latine individuals and families while honoring their cultural identities and lived experiences. She also works from a neurodiversity-affirming perspective, adapting her therapeutic style to support neurodivergent clients in ways that align with their strengths and needs. Additionally, Tiffany has worked closely with LGBTQ+ individuals and families and is committed to providing an inclusive environment where everyone can feel respected, supported, and empowered.

Tiffany sees clients at our Millcreek office and throughout Utah via telehealth.
