Michelle is an ACMHC Therapist and loves working with children, teens, young adults and adults. She has experience working with anxiety and depression, ADHD, OCD, trauma, relationship issues, and parenting.
She has a proactive approach to mental health and her biggest goal is empowering her clients to feel like they have the tools they need to navigate life's ups and downs. She believes it's important to find self-compassion and acceptance for who we are and where we are at, and at the same time be willing to explore ways we can grow and become better versions of ourselves.
She uses evidence-based approaches like CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, EMDR, art, play, and sand tray to give clients a personalized experience that fits best for them and their goals. In her spare time she tris to keep up with her busy children, exercise, listen to audiobooks, work in her yard, and watch the Utah Mammoth. She is honored to do this work and is continually learning from everyone she meets.
Michelle sees clients in Provo, Pleasant Grove and throughout Utah via telehealth.
