Brookelyn is a Certified Social Worker (CSW) dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and self-discovery. She holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Utah State University and has experience working with children (4+), adolescents, and adults in both school and clinical settings.
Brookelyn aims to bring a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy, believing deeply that each person’s story matters and deserves to be heard.
Brookelyn incorporates a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to client’s needs, including Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and use techniques from Play and Sand Tray Therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused therapy and more. Her areas of focus include anxiety (including OCD), life transitions, and trauma-informed care.
Outside of work, Brookelyn enjoys reading, walking her dog, baking sourdough, and traveling whenever she has the chance.
Brooklyn sees clients in person at the Spanish Fork, Pleasant Grove, and Provo offices as well as via telehealth with clients throughout Utah.
