Outside the therapy office, Shara enjoys spending time in any available forest, experimenting with tea flavors, and engaging in creative arts. While she cherishes quiet downtime with friends or a good book, making magic with her kids is where her heart grows the most. She is currently seeing clients in the Spanish Fork location and via telehealth.
