I am a collaborative and compassionate therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with empathy and support. With expertise in treating anxiety, addiction, depression, autism, trauma, relational issues, and self-esteem struggles, I strive to create a safe and client-centered space where growth and healing can flourish.

My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques. I am committed to tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs, fostering resilience and self-empowerment.

I have experience working with a diverse range of clients, including veterans experiencing homelessness, individuals facing addiction, teenagers with autism, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. My goal is to meet each person with compassion, free of judgment, and walk alongside them on their journey toward healing and self-discovery.

When I'm not in the therapy room, you'll find me embracing the outdoors-whether trail running, ski mountaineering, camping, or simply enjoying the serenity of the mountains. I also love unwinding with a good book and finding new adventures in nature.
