Mandy Doherty, CSW, TRS (she/her), is a down-to-earth therapist who works with teenagers and young adults (ages 15-25) navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, & neurodivergence. She understands how overwhelming it can be to manage internal expectations or anxiety in a world that often misunderstands neurodivergent and sensitive minds. Mandy believes that therapy should be a safe and affirming space where clients feel fully seen and heard.
Mandy's style is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. With training in TF-CBT, DBT, PEERS for adolescents, and mindfulness-based interventions, she takes a flexible, evidence-based approach, while tailoring care to each person's unique strengths, values, and goals.
Outside the therapy room, Mandy enjoys trail running, ski mountaineering, or recharging in the mountains. Her goal in therapy is to meet each person with compassion, free of judgment, and walk alongside them on their journey toward self-discovery and healing.
Mandy sees clients in person at the Salt Lake City office as well as via telehealth.
