Lindsay Gledhill

  Lindsay Gledhill is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from Brigham Young University with her master’s in social work. She is passionate about suicide prevention and bringing awareness of mental health issues to everyone. She has experience working with children and youth with suicidal thoughts, self-harming behaviors, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, family issues, addiction, trauma, and abuse. She has also worked with adults with addiction, trauma, and abuse. She believes that each person has the answers within and just needs a safe place to speak and explore. Lindsay is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She also uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness skills. She utilizes child-centered play therapy and sand tray therapy. Lindsay has 3 beautiful kids and enjoys spending her free time with them having adventures. She loves anything that involves water or being outdoors. When she is not outside, she enjoys curling up with a good book. Accepting new clients through telehealth.
