Kaydee LeMonds-Knepper

Kaydee LeMonds-Knepper (she/her/ella) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and EMDR trained therapist. Kaydee is also a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) used for treating perfectionism, generalized anxiety, and social anxiety. She graduated from the University of Utah with her Master’s in Social Work. She specializes in working with adolescents and adults through a trauma-informed lens. She strives to bring inclusivity and cultural awareness into her therapeutic space.

She has an eclectic approach to therapy that she uses to tailor to the needs of her clients. She will often use Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR)  for trauma-informed care. She also engages clients in parts work through Internal Family Systems (IFS) which can be effective in treating trauma, anxiety, and depression. She also specializes in Religious Trauma to help those navigating faith transitions or healing from adverse religious experiences.

Kaydee offers humor, compassion, and clarity to her practice. She brings her authentic self to the therapeutic relationship and invites you to do the same. She works to create a non-judgmental space for you to explore difficult emotions.

She enjoys attending concerts and feels that music helps to heal the soul. Kaydee’s current Spotify Wrapped consists of Noah Kahan, Chappell Roan, Fall Out Boy and The Cure.
