Kaydee LeMonds-Knepper (she/her/ella) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She graduated from the University of Utah with her Master’s in Social Work. Kaydee is trained in EMDR and ART. Kaydee is also a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP). She enjoys working with adolescents and adults through a trauma-informed lens. She strives to bring inclusivity and cultural awareness into her therapeutic space.
She has an eclectic approach to therapy that she uses to adapt to the needs of her clients. She will often use Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for trauma-informed care. She also engages clients in parts work through Internal Family Systems (IFS), which can be effective in treating trauma, anxiety, and depression. Her specialization is in Religious Trauma to help those navigating faith transitions or healing from adverse religious experiences.
Kaydee offers humor, compassion, and clarity to her practice. She brings her authentic self to the therapeutic relationship and invites you to do the same. She works to create a non-judgmental space for you to explore difficult emotions.
She enjoys attending concerts and feels that music helps to heal the soul. Kaydee’s current Spotify Wrapped consists of Noah Kahan, Gigi Perez, and The Cure.
Kaydee is currently seeing clients in person at the Spanish Fork office and via telehealth with clients throughout Utah.
