Claire earned her bachelor’s in psychology from BYU and is currently completing her master’s in social work at UVU. She has experience working with young children and their families in a school setting and with teens in residential treatment. She also enjoys working with couples as they navigate life’s challenges and strengthen their relationships.

Claire’s therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and a person-in-environment perspective. She believes that every client is unique and works collaboratively to find the approaches that best fit each individual’s needs, values, and goals.

Claire strives to create a safe, relaxed, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel heard and empowered. She is passionate about providing psychoeducation and helping clients develop greater self-trust and confidence. She believes our minds are incredibly powerful and that we are resilient beings, capable of having more influence over our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors than we often realize. By taking a values-based approach, Claire helps clients build meaningful change that aligns with the life they want to live.

Aside from therapy, Claire enjoys anything that challenges her to grow and improve. She loves traveling with her husband, exploring new music, spending time with family and playing games together.

Claire sees clients at our Spanish Fork and Provo offices, as well as throughout Utah via telehealth.
