Rebecca Gray

Rebecca is a therapist at Sego Lily Counseling and an MSW graduate of the University of Utah. Originally from Australia, she has a natural warmth that puts clients at ease from the very first session.

Her clinical training is rooted in Child-Centered Play Therapy, and her love of working with children goes back long before her internship, through years of volunteering, working alongside kids in school settings, and a genuine belief that play is one of the most powerful languages children have. At Sego Lily she works in her own playroom, set up so that children can find the world they need to work in. She is deeply passionate about attachment theory and trauma-informed care, holds a Certificate in Women's Mental Health from the University of Utah and an ADHD Clinical Services Provider Certification, and is working toward her Registered Play Therapist credential. ADHD is an area she knows not just professionally, but personally.

Rebecca has a personal understanding of some of life's most tender and complex experiences: faith transitions, family estrangement, and the complexity of long-term relationships. That depth informs the compassion she brings to working with adults, couples, families, and children alike.

Outside the therapy room, she can usually be found mountaineering, painting, or somewhere in nature. She is a Wilderness First Aid certified adventurer who has summited the highest peaks in the western U.S.

Rebecca sees clients at our Lehi office and throughout Utah via telehealth.
