Hannah holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University in Idaho and is currently pursuing her Masters from the University of Utah in Social Work. Her previous internship was with ICT - Institute for Cognitive Therapy, where she had the privilege and opportunity to work with both domestic violence survivors and offenders.

Hannah holds a firm belief that one should strive to become the adult one needed when they were a child, with the foundation being safety. Whether she is in session with a child or adult, she believes that everyone deserves to have a safe, empathetic, and comforting individual they can turn to in times of crisis, uncertainty, or pain. She believes that the beginning to any mental health journey begins with self-worth and creating a safe space to do just that. She uses various therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, somatic mindfulness, and bilateral stimulation, to further reinforce this belief. She is incredibly excited and motivated to learn and grow with you through her academic career, so open communication is welcome and encouraged.

Hannah is originally from Virginia and deeply misses Cheerwine and the beach. In her free time, she loves a good horror movie, spending time with family and friends, or taking a scenic drive through the beautiful canyons.

Hannah sees clients at our Spanish Fork office and throughout Utah via telehealth.
