Haley Huntington

Haley Huntington (she, her) is a warm, compassionate therapist who believes that healing begins in a safe, nonjudgmental space. She meets clients exactly where they are, walking alongside them as they navigate life's challenges and discover new possibilities for growth. Haley has extensive experience working with adults and has also supported children and couples. She specializes in helping clients heal from all types of trauma - especially attachment and relational trauma - and has many years of experience addressing substance abuse, dissociative disorders, anxiety, and depression.

Haley is trained in EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and the Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy (DNMS). She also incorporates approaches such as polyvagal theory, ACT, and CBT, tailoring her work to the unique needs of each person.

Haley earned her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University and is an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor. She is known for being empathetic, easy to talk to, and dedicated to finding what truly works for each client.

Outside of the therapy room, Haley is married and she and her wife have five awesome children. Haley finds joy in tending to her garden and spending time in nature.

Haley sees clients in person at the Spanish Fork office as well as via telehealth with clients throughout Utah.
