Brandi is a Social Work intern in the last year of Utah State University's Master's program. She previously completed her Bachelor of Social Work at BYU. Her therapeutic style is warm and compassionate, and she strives to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore difficult experiences, relationships, and emotions. Her practice is rooted in a strengths based and trauma-informed approach. She is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Attachment Theory, Grief and Loss, Trauma, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, focusing on helping people make room for difficult thoughts and emotions while building a life that reflects their values.

She works with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, helping to explore patterns that may be getting in their way while strengthening their connection and resilience. Her goal is to help clients better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and move toward the relationships and life they want.

She has spent the last year in medical social work supporting oncology patients through group and individual therapy. She has also been on the Utah County Rape Crisis Team for the past 6 years, helping assault survivors in hospitals throughout Utah County. Through these experiences, she has come to recognize the profound privilege of accompanying people in their suffering and the sacred ground that such moments represent.

Originally from Montana, she lives in Utah County with her husband of 26 years and their three children: two in college and one in high school. With her children she has navigated anxiety, depression, developmental delays, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Type 1 Diabetes. She loves reading, good food (including Taco Bell), Coke, and is trying to learn to enjoy (or at least tolerate) exercise. She is seeing clients in the Lehi office.

Brandi sees clients at our Lehi office and throughout Utah via telehealth.
