Linda has been with Sego Lily Counseling for 1 year. She received her BS in Psychology and BA in Spanish from Brigham Young University and her Master's in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.

Kelsey Lythgoe, a dedicated psychotherapist intern, is currently pursuing a Master's in Social Work at Western

Katie graduated from University of Utah with her bachelors in Psychology and is a current Masters of Social Work student at University of Utah.
Kristin Stanley
Kristin Stanley is a certified social worker who received degrees from BYU and UVU before completing her Master of Social Work from the University of Utah. She enjoys doing a variety of therapy, her emphasis is medical social work.

Shara is a clinical social worker and loves connecting with others! Her warm energy invites individuals to feel safe and comfortable in their therapeutic experience of self-discovery.

Michaela graduated from BYU-Idaho with a bachelor's in sociology and then completed her master's in social work at BYU.

Shaylee is a clinical social worker and loves her role as a therapist! She believes finding a therapist you vibe with is essential for healing. She offers a tranquil environment, compassion, and solution-focused therapy for individuals who have experienced trauma/complex trauma.
Mia Greer
Mia Greer obtained her Bachelor's degree from SUU and a Master's degree in social work from BYU. Mia has experience in working with individuals who have faced trauma, childhood abuse, sexual assault, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), low self-esteem, perfectionism, relationship distress, and faith transitions.

Jenna Hillman graduated from BYU and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who uses a client-centered therapy approach while also incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and self-compassion.

Penelope “Penny” Bergeron is the founder and Clinical Director at Sego Lily Counseling. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from BYU in 2008 with her Masters in Social Work.

Calie graduated from the University of Utah with a master of social work degree and is currently a Certified Social Worker with 20 years experience in the mental health profession. Calie has worked with youth and families in crisis, as well as with adults experiencing homelessness, incarceration, and substance abuse.
Brittani French
Brittani French is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and EMDR trained therapist. Brittani is also trained in AEBT (ACT enhanced behavioral therapy) used for treating body focused repetitive behaviors and also trichotillomania

Skye Lovett
Skye is a licensed clinical social worker who attended University of Nevada to obtain her master's in social work. Taking the leap of faith into therapy can be a lot. It's not easy to open up and confront issues head on with a stranger.

Elaine’s main therapy modality is Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and also has training in and experience with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-focused therapy, Emotion-focused Therapy, and has extensive training and experience in Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
