Meredith, ACMHC (she, her) is a passionate, down to earth therapist who loves to help people struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, experiencing faith transitions, and navigating the complexities of life. She is passionate about working with couples using Emotionally Focused Therapy, and helping women facing new or unexpected life transitions such as motherhood, and divorce. She works with teens, adults, and couples of all ages and backgrounds.
Meredith approaches therapy through an attachment theory lens but firmly believes in an integrated, client-centered approach to ensure that her clients feel seen and heard. Therapy is not a one-size fits all and she will help you find a treatment modality that will resonate with who you are as a person. As a therapist, Meredith believes individuals have the power within themselvesto overcome life's challenges and that it's her job to work with you to unlock that power. She loves showing her clients radical acceptance with the hope that her clients will learn to love themselves with radical acceptance, too. Meredith received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Utah and her Master's degree from Southern New Hampshire University.
She is a mom to three teens and loves spending time with her kids and her dog, Millie. Meredith is seeing clients in person at the SLC office as well as via telehealth with clients throughout Utah.
