Zoe is a CMHC Intern. She earned her Bachelor's of Psychology at the University of Utah and is currently pursuing her Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Utah Valley University. She offers a supportive environment where individuals can explore their experiences of mental health without judgment. She enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, incorporating cultural sensitivity and trauma-informed care into her practice. Her training emphasizes the Wellness Model, which focuses on strengths-based treatment. This model empowers individuals to gain insight and create meaningful change in their lives. Zoe values each person's uniqueness and tailors treatment to fit their needs, interests, and goals. Her approach draws from elements of evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients thoughtfully through the therapeutic process. Zoe will be seeing clients at the Lehi office and via telehealth.
