Ellena Edwards
Ellena Edwards, CSW, is a Certified Social Worker with a strong clinical foundation in trauma‑informed and strengths‑based care. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Weber State University and her Master of Social Work from Arkansas State University. Ellena is also crisis‑trained, allowing her to support clients through moments of acute stress with steadiness, clarity, and compassion.
Ellena provides therapy for individuals, couples, and families, and she has experience working with adolescents, adults, and geriatric clients. Her broad clinical background allows her to adapt her approach to meet the unique needs of each developmental stage and relationship system.
She frequently supports clients navigating depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety, oppositional defiance disorder, bipolar disorder, and anger management concerns. Ellena integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients challenge unhelpful thoughts, build emotional regulation skills, and develop healthier patterns of coping and communication.
Known for her warm presence and ability to build rapport quickly, Ellena creates a therapeutic environment that feels safe, collaborative, and non‑judgmental. Clients describe her as calm, easy to talk to, and deeply supportive. She works to help each person feel understood while guiding them toward greater clarity, resilience, and emotional well‑being.
Ellena sees clients in person at our Lehi office as well as via telehealth with clients throughout Utah.
