Lindsey Wilson
Lindsey is a social work intern in the final year of her master's program at USU. She has a deep respect for the fact that no two people experience the world in quite the same way, and works from the belief that each person's unique mix of biological, psychological, social, and spiritual experiences matters. She sees clients as the experts in their own lives and aims to be a collaborative partner in helping them uncover their own path forward.
Lindsey works with children, teens, and adults, drawing from approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), narrative therapy and others. She adapts her work to fit each person's natural style-whether that's conversation, reflective homework, creative expression, or more hands-on methods like play or sand tray therapy.
Currently completing certification in Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, she welcomes clients looking for preparation and integration support around medicine-assisted experiences.
Before training as a therapist, Lindsey worked in science and research-a background that still shapes her thoughtful, pattern-seeking approach. Outside the therapy room, you'll likely find her with family and friends, preferably somewhere with long dirt trails, cold rivers, good food, and, most importantly, great conversation.
Lindsey sees clients in person at the Salt Lake City office, as well as via telehealth with clients throughout Utah.
