Kristen Morgan is a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care. She believes that every experience offers an opportunity for growth and healing, and that each person can learn healthy ways to process difficult emotions such as depression, anxiety, anger, grief, and the effects of trauma. As a therapist, Kristen provides guidance, support, and a safe, supportive environment where clients can work toward healing and personal growth.

Kristen earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Montana in 2006. Since then, she has worked with children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of challenges, including trauma, attachment issues, autism, and other mental health concerns. She is committed to providing individualized care that honors each client's unique strengths, experiences, and goals.

Her clinical approach is trauma-informed and integrates a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Attachment-Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Kristen also incorporates experiential interventions and creative, art-based techniques when they support the therapeutic process.

Outside of her practice, Kristen enjoys spending time with her family, crocheting, painting, listening to music, and exploring new hobbies and creative interests.

Kristen sees clients in Spanish Fork and throughout Utah via telehealth.
