Ana is a compassionate therapist with a Master's in Social Work and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Brigham Young University. Her passion for therapy stems from witnessing the transformative power of meaningful connection and being truly heard.
Ana utilizes a blend of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) principles, and mindfulness-based practices such as self-compassion. She is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), specifically designed to support individuals recovering from abuse and trauma. Ana also works with clients dealing with depression and anxiety, providing a safe and supportive space to foster healing and growth.
Fluent in Spanish and deeply connected to Hispanic culture, Ana offers culturally sensitive therapy that resonates with clients from diverse backgrounds. Her extensive experience serving Hispanic communities enhances her ability to build strong, authentic therapeutic relationships.
Outside of her work, Ana enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, and spending quality time with her family.
Ana currently sees clients in Spanish Fork and via telehealth. She has evening and Saturday morning availability.
