Ana obtained a Master's of Social Work from Brigham Young University, where she also earned her Bachelor's in Psychology. Ana is passionate about therapy because she has seen how meaningful connection and being truly heard can transform lives. She offers compassionate psychotherapy services, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems principles, as well as mindfulness and self-compassion practices. With Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Training, which is specifically designed to help individuals who have experienced abuse and trauma, she is dedicated to helping individuals heal and thrive. Fluent in Spanish and deeply familiar with Hispanic culture, she provides culturally sensitive therapy that resonates with diverse backgrounds. Ana brings a wealth of experience working with Hispanic communities, enhancing her ability to connect with and support clients from these backgrounds. In her spare time, Ana loves to travel, try foods from different places, and spend time with her family!
