Ana McCarl

Ana obtained a Bachelor's in Psychology from Brigham Young University, where she also earned her Master's of Social Work. She offers compassionate psychotherapy services, utilizing CBT, ACT, IFS principles, as well as mindfulness and self-compassion practices. With TF-CBT training, which is specifically designed to help individuals who have experienced abuse, and trauma, she is dedicated to helping individuals heal and thrive. Fluent in Spanish and deeply familiar with Hispanic culture, she provides culturally sensitive therapy that resonates with diverse backgrounds. Originally from Peru, Ana brings a wealth of experience working with Hispanic communities, enhancing her ability to connect with and support clients from these backgrounds.
