Jenny's favorite part of being a therapist is helping clients feel truly seen, supported, and accepted exactly as they are. She loves connecting with children through play, creating a safe space where teens feel heard, and offering compassionate support to adults navigating challenging times.

Jenny holds a Master's in Social Work and a Bachelor's in Behavioral Science and Health. She is trained in EMDR through the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA) and uses other evidence-based approaches as well, including play therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Her clinical background includes private practice, elementary schools, youth emergency shelters, and agencies supporting older adults. Grounded in both clinical practice and lived experience, Jenny brings a warm, deeply empathetic understanding to facing life's most complex seasons. She has developed specific interests in treating anxiety, selective mutism, OCD, trauma, intimate partner violence, and neurodivergence. She is also a passionate advocate for helping children and families navigate the school system to secure the accommodations they need to thrive.

When she's not in the office, you'll find her spending time with her four kids, listening to podcasts, or hunting for a good bargain!

Jenny sees clients in Pleasant Grove, and throughout Utah via telehealth.
