Ashley Weddle

Ashley is an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor and graduate of Arizona Global University with dual Master degrees in psychology and education, specializing in children services. With more than a decade of working with children of various ages, cognitive development, and emotional anxieties, she has a proven record of improving the lives and well-being of those she helps. Ashley utilizes cognitive and dialectical behavior therapies to individualize her clients' experiences, helping to deliver substantial and lasting benefits. She genuinely shares her own path of overcoming trauma through authentic sessions that build relationships of trust with her clients. Her empathetic approach helps those she works with overcome the affects of family addiction, divorce, personality disorders, attention deficits, and other mental health issues. Ashley is originally from southern Ohio and has lived in Utah since 2016. She is mother to eight children and grandmother to one. She enjoys nature, hiking, music, the beaches of California, and is a huge fan of summer. Her personality, passion, and personal history makes her an incredible support to those in need.
