Katie Guido

Katie graduated from University of Utah with her bachelors in Psychology and is a current Masters of Social Work student at University of Utah. Katie is passionate about using evidence based interventions to help people on their path to mental well-being. She enjoys helping clients understand their thought patterns and work towards healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

She enjoys working with teens, young adults and adults. She specializes in people who have autism, ADHD, survivors of sexual violence and the LQBTQIA+ population. She utilizes acceptance and commitment therapy as well as narrative and experiential therapies.

She strives to create an environment where people can express themselves freely, without fear or judgment. She is empathetic, authentic and analytical.

She currently sees clients in Pleasant Grove and Salt Lake.
