Penelope "Penny" Bergeron
Penelope “Penny” Bergeron is the founder and Clinical Director at Sego Lily Counseling. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from BYU in 2008 with her Masters in Social Work. She specializes in working with teens and adults who struggle with low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, self-harming behaviors, suicidal ideation and victims of abuse.
Calie Adams
Calie graduated from the University of Utah with a master of social work degree and is currently a Certified Social Worker with 20 years experience in the mental health profession. Calie has worked with youth and families in crisis, as well as with adults experiencing homelessness, incarceration, and substance abuse.
Jayne Broadbent
Jayne Broadbent graduated from BYU Idaho with a bachelor's in social work and completed her master's degree at Fort Hays State University. With plans to become an LCSW, she is deeply passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential and navigate the twists and turns of life.

Nicki Derr
Nicki obtained her Bachelors degree in Social Work from BYU-Idaho, and then received her Masters degree in Social Work at BYU. She has worked with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, family or relational issues, self-esteem, life or faith transitions, perfectionism, or past traumas.

Carol has felt like a social worker all her life, and has been drawn to advocate and offer support to those in need. She believes that everyone deserves to live a life where they are safe, supported and valued.

Lindsay Gledhill
Lindsay Gledhill is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from Brigham Young University with her master’s in social work. She is passionate about suicide prevention and bringing awareness of mental health issues to everyone. She has experience working with children and youth with suicidal thoughts, self-harming behaviors, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, family issues, addiction, trauma, and abuse.
