Penelope "Penny" Bergeron
Penelope “Penny” Bergeron is the founder and Clinical Director at Sego Lily Counseling. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from BYU in 2008 with her Masters in Social Work. She specializes in working with teens and adults who struggle with low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, self-harming behaviors, suicidal ideation and victims of abuse.

Nicco Allen (she/her) is an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and is a member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) working toward certification as a sex therapist.

Lindsay Gledhill
Lindsay Gledhill is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from Brigham Young University with her master’s in social work. She is passionate about suicide prevention and bringing awareness of mental health issues to everyone. She has experience working with children and youth with suicidal thoughts, self-harming behaviors, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, family issues, addiction, trauma, and abuse.

Jenna Hillman graduated from BYU and is a Certified Social Worker who uses a client-centered therapy approach while also incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and self-compassion.
Skye Lovett
Skye is a licensed clinical social worker who attended University of Nevada to obtain her master's in social work. Taking the leap of faith into therapy can be a lot. It's not easy to open up and confront issues head on with a stranger. At the same time, it gets exhausting trying to do it all on your own. As an individual and as a clinician, she sincerely believes that taking the leap is worth it.
